Privacy policy
We collect only your email, and only to send the Caderno de IA newsletter. This page explains how we handle that data under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law 13,709/2018, “LGPD”).
Data collected
Only the email address you enter in the newsletter form. We do not ask for your name, phone number, tax ID or any other data.
Purpose
To send the Caderno de IA newsletter (“As 5 da semana”), which is written in Portuguese. We do not sell or share your email for any other purpose.
Controller and processor
The data controller is Caderno de IA. Your email is stored and processed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), the email delivery platform that acts as processor on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe. After that you stop receiving messages, and your email can be deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction and deletion, among other rights provided by the LGPD, by writing to contato@cadernodeia.com.br.

At any time, through the unsubscribe link in the footer of every email we send.
