What they did

Maxwell Zeff handed Operator tasks from moving week: buying a parking permit, booking a Greek restaurant, finding a garage and hiring an electrician on TaskRabbit. The agent browsed and filled in forms in a cloud-based browser.

How it went

It partly worked: it found the restaurant, but he had to approve steps, type in personal details and take over when the agent got lost.

Good to know

Browser agents still need supervision on sites with logins and payments.

The prompt

I have these tasks for [date]: [list]. For each one, find the option that meets [criteria] and prepare everything up to the confirmation screen. Stop before paying or submitting personal data and show me a summary of what will happen.

Replace what is in [brackets]. Prompt written by us from the account, not a literal copy of the source. Do not paste other people’s personal data (privacy laws such as LGPD and GDPR apply).

Summary in our own words. Results as stated in the original account; we have not tested or audited them. Read the source ↗ Case found via agentusecases.ai (Alex Finn); text and prompt rewritten by us. Found a mistake?
