What they did
Biosfera Copastur launched C+ Maestro, a platform based on the MCP (Model Context Protocol) that connects assistants such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Gemini to travel, mobility, security, expense management and data services. Through those connections, the assistant can check travel alerts, corporate policies, help with hotel and ticket requests, look up expenses by cost center and route approvals, respecting each client's permissions. The company's own assistant, Zuri, also uses these connections. The launch is part of the AI First strategy, with planned technology investment of R$130 million in 2026.
How it went
According to the company, more than 100 automations with AI agents were built, about 40 in continuous use. Since May 2026, the solutions passed 94,000 runs and saved about 5,270 hours of work per month. One tool just for questions about each client's policies and rules already passed 27,000 queries. On internal training, 115 employees work on the agent platform and more than 30 already build automations without depending directly on IT.
Good to know
The hours and run counts are estimates and tallies from Copastur itself, reported in the news piece. C+ Maestro is the connection layer; the gain depends on each client setting policies, permissions and which assistants may call the services.
The prompt
I work in [corporate travel or finance] and need an assistant to check [company] policy before any request. Based on these rules [paste the travel policy, hotel limits, ticket classes and expense rules], say whether the request [describe route, dates, amount and cost center] is within policy, what still needs approval and what short reply I can send the employee. If the policy does not cover the case, say so instead of inventing a rule.
