What they did

He downloaded the data of everyone who applied through LinkedIn, asked GPT to rank the résumés, and manually reviewed only those who passed the first filter.

How it went

More than 160 résumés were processed in under five minutes, and a hire came out of the process.

Good to know

Manually review the candidates who pass the filter, don't reject anyone based only on the AI's score, and inform candidates (LGPD).

The prompt

Evaluate these applications [paste] for the [x] position on 4 criteria (experience, skills, education, fit), scoring each from 1 to 5, in a table. Then point out 5 borderline cases for me to review by hand.

Replace what is in [brackets]. Prompt written by us from the account, not a literal copy of the source. Do not paste other people’s personal data (privacy laws such as LGPD and GDPR apply).

Summary in our own words. Results as stated in the original account; we have not tested or audited them. Read the source ↗ Found a mistake?
