What they did

Vibra uses Copilot to gather information, write summaries and prepare decisions, always with human review, and built agents and automated workflows. Through its AI Academy, about 1,300 people took part in immersion sessions and more than 550 uses were mapped.

How it went

The company reports 55% higher productivity in prioritized activities, 23% fewer hours on manual tasks (37,920 hours a year), 76% weekly use among licensed users and 38 AI cases already in core processes.

Good to know

The figures come from a Microsoft press release, and Microsoft sells the tool. The company itself says skepticism only faded when leaders started using AI in front of their teams.
